Fudge Brownie

Hi all,
Wednesday is the chocolate day in Moesstraat!
Mathilde, Sacha and me do three cakes in total!!

Sacha kindly shared her experience in Fudge Brownie and did it step by step with me.
The recipe is from BBC good food website. There're a lot of good recipes over there. ;D

Ingredient
Plain chocolate 100g
Butter 100g
Raising flour 200g
Sugar 200g
Egg 3 units
Cocoa powder 2 spoons

 1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a sauce pan over a low heat.

2. Mix raising flour and sugar together. Pour the chocolate into it and mix.

 3. Put fudge(the picture below) in the chocolate dough.

3. Place it on the baking tray and put it in the oven in 165 degrees for 20 minutes.
 We've FINISHED the cake!!!

Here is Mathilde's cake!!! Looks amazing right?!!!!!

YEEEEEY! Chocolate diet!!!! ;D

Tiramisu

Hello all:)
Tonight is my first try to make Tiramisu.
I've invited my friend from International Student House to have a nice piece!
Thanks a lot to Sonja's AMAZING recipe!!! ;D
Sonja is sophisticated girl from Switzerland. She's easygoing and friendly.

Ingredient
Sugar 50g
Egg 2 units
Mascarpone 250g
Lemon 1 unit

Base
Long bisquit 1 package
Coffee 200g
Sugar 1 spoon

1. Separate white and yellow apart. Mix sugar and the white part together till creamy. (Note: use a mixer)

 2. Make coffee and add sugar in it.

3. Mix the yellow part of the egg and Mascarpone together.

3. Add rasped lemon into the dough all together.

(Note: Do not use a mixer here! It needs to be airy and soft. )

4. Here is the biscuit! Soak them into the coffee. (Note: do not just wet the biscuit. They need to be totally soaked into the coffee.)

Place them on the baking tray.

Place the dough on the base.

Tiramisu does not need any baking, ie no oven using here. What you have to do is to lay it in the fridge for about 6 hours and then it's done, so you could probably do it around midnight and you will have Tiramisu the next to serve!! ;D

5. After fridge, place some cocoa powder on top of it.

Cut it with a knife.

I serve it around the night time.

See how Moesstraat people love it!

Even Steve loves it!!!

Recently I went to South France and it was so AMAZING!
I saw Jackie Ckan in Cannes and we are in several hundred meters of distance.
I witnessed a bunch of rich people and Ferrari in Monaco.
I enjoyed the decorations and street of old town in Antibes.
I walked a beautiful beach in Nice.
I also learn some Brazilian from my Brazilian friends and have a nice time with them ;D
