French Apple Tart:)

Hey everybody!
Long time no see! :) I enjoyed my Queen's Day in Amsterdam and then spent almost a whole week in Budapest. It was a really nice trip!

Last Sunday(5/6) was one of my best friend's, Fabian's birthday. I could not celebrate his 21 birthday with him because I was still in Budapest. It's a shame. Therefore, I decided to make an apple tart with him.

Ingredient
<Pastry>
Flour 200g
Salt a teaspoon
Butter 200g
Egg 1 unit

<Filing>
Apples 2 unis sliced, 2 units cut into cubicle
Sugar 100g
Butter 50g
Jam two spoons(I use blueberry jam)

Here you are! :)

<Pastry>
1. Mix flour and butter till it's smooth. Then add salt and an egg into it.

2. Smooth the dough on the baking tray. Put it in the fridge for half an hour.

Faby concentrated so much on peeling and sliced the apples.

<Filing>
1. Cook the cubicle apples and butter on the pan. Then add sugar and jam till smooth.

2. When the dough is chilled, take it out from the fridge. Put the apple filling on top of the dough base.

3. Place the sliced apples on top of the tart. Preheat the oven 165 degrees for 10 min. Bake the apple tart in 165 degrees for 25 min.

During the baking, we were chatting and taking a few cute pictures.(Left: Gwen, a lovely French friend. She knows a lot about French cooking and baking stuffs.)

It's done!!!!!!

Look how gorgeous it is! Dala!
