Liquid Cheese Cake :)

Hello everyone,
It's me again. It's been decades that I haven't updated the blog since I came back to Taiwan, my beloved home. I've got intensive classes from both school and cram school.
Today I've invited two of my friends here for cooking. We are actually English speaking partners. Now you know we talk English all the way from cooking to eating. Sounds fun and interesting right?
Okay, back to the dessert what we've had today. It's Cheese cake! It's mainly from a Dutch of mine, Mathilde :)

 Recipe:
Cookies one package
Butter 25 grams
Condensed milk 2 cans
Egg 4 units

Tool you need
A hammer and a towel
Look how gorgeous it is!! ;D

Procedure with picture :)
1. Heat the butter

2. Smash the cookie buried in a towel with a hammer

3. Pour the liquid butter on top of the cookie and make sure they are mixed well. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour to make it solid. :)

5. Make sure you buy a can of condensed milk with a pull ring. It is so hard for girl to open it even with an opener. >.< Thanks a lot, I've got a very nice and  considerate assistance, RYAN! :)

See? Very hard. But don't worry, Ryan has a lot of muscles because he trains himself everyday. Nice job, buddy! :)

Whoo! Finally!!!

Ryan tries to entertain audiences. Haha

The cookie part is ready! kerker~

6. Put eggs into the condensed milk and mix them properly.

8. Pour the cheese part on top of the cookies. ^^

 9. Preheat the over with 165 degrees for 10 min. Put it in oven for 60 min with 165 degrees.
See it's done!!!! :)

Lovely right?

Yalin, a good cake cutter!  He worked so late from his job and I can tell he really loves his job! :)

See how my friends like it! :)

Alright thanks for reading and have nice weekends! :)
