Apple cake:)

Long time no see>.< 

Due to my exams and subsequent traveling, I haven't updated my blog for decades....

Here's APPLE CAKE!! :D 

The recipe is from a friend of mine: Renata!!!

Renata is SO GOOD at cooking and baking! :)

Ingredient: 

2 eggs
235ml vegetable oil 
200g sugar
vanilla, cinnamon, salt
250 flour
5g baking soda 
4 apples 

1. Chop the apples into cubicle shape:)

 My friend, Peter, is amazing at chopping the apples ;D

2. Mix egg an oil till it's smooth

3. Add sugarr and vanilla, mix till smooth. Mix it with flour and baking soda. :)

4. Pour chopped apples into the dough.

 5. Pour the dough on the bakeware.

6. It's done!! :D

Optional: you can also add some cream and chocolate on it. It looks and tastes amazing!!!

Last week, I had two tough exams >.<
I went to VIS market to have fried fish as short break between two exhausted exams.
It was super tasty:)
