It's time for Dutch food now!!!
My friend Judy and Mathilde kindly share the recipe with me:)
Ingredient
Sausage
Potato
Stampot(a kind of Dutch vege)
Butter 250g
Jus(typical Dutch sauce)
Backon
1. Fried Bacon until it turns brown. My friend, Kruthi, did a great job on this:)
2. Pearl potato. Boil potato and stampot together.
My friend, Bea, did a good job on pearling and boiling them.
3. Mix the left oil from the bacon with 25 g butter and jus.
4. Mush the boiled potato and stampot together:)
And then add bacon in it.
All of us:)
It's done! This one is without the jus. You can add the jus on top of the mushed potato. It is SUPER good! :) By the way, about the sausage, you can just boil it until it turns ready^^
