Good morning, everyone!
Bea(come from Brazil and study Medical in Groningen) and I did Brazilian typical dessert---Brigadeiro! :)
Besides a birthday cake, the kids in Brazil are long for Brigadeiro for their birthday! ^.^

Ingredient
Condensed Milk 400 g
Chocolate powder 4 spoons
Butter 1 spoon
Chocolate sprinkles 3-4 spoons

1. Pour condensed milk, butter, chocolate powder into a pot.

2. Turn the fire into the smallest. Mix them properly.
Note: Please keep taking care of the pot. If it gets burned, the whole thing will go bad.

  The small cup-shape thing.

After keep mixing it around 10-15 minutes, it will turn a bit solid like this.

3. Wait it for cooling down for 5-10 minutes.
Rub butter with hands and make it into a chocolate balls.

Stick the chocolate balls with chocolate sprinkles.

Put it into the cup-shape.

It's DONE!!!!!

It was amazing to cook with you.
Hope we can cook together many times again.
And hope that many people will cook some Brigadeiros now.
