Good morning, everyone
I'm going to introduce one of my favorite cakes, lemon cup cake with sugar cream!
My friend, Eva, even told me that she loves this more than Brownie! :)
As you can see how yummy it will be!
Ingredient
Sugar 150 g(for cake) and 80 g(for sugar cream)
Butter 125 g
Flour 150 g
Baking soda 5 g
Egg 2 units
Milk 5 g
Lemon juice 3 g
1. Mix butter and sugar together.
2. Put eggs into it. (Note: Mix egg one by one; no two eggs at the same time)
After putting two eggs, it will turn like this.
3. Pour flour, baking soda, lemon juice and milk into the dough.
It will turn this statue. :)
4. Pour the dough on either bakeware or cupshape. I put walnut into it because I love them SO MUCH! :)
Please turn the oven 200 degrees for 5 min first before you put the cake into it.
Put the cake into the oven in 165 degrees for 15-20 min. (Depends on the cake.)

You can do the cream while you cake the cake since it will only take you 3 minutes.
Mix one egg-white/protein and 80 g sugar together for 3 minutes.
(Note: please use an automatic mixer otherwise it will not get thick, creamy and luscious)
5. After 15-20 min, the cake is done! Pour the thick, creamy and luscious cream on the cake! :)
The cup cake is for my friend tomorrow, so I did not pour the cream on it, otherwise it will be really GOOOOOOOOOOOD! :D
