Swedish Healthy Dish

Hello everyone!
My Swedish friend, Sean, share his recipe with me.
Actually I don't know exactly know what it is, but I would say it's super healthy and TASTY!! ;)

Ingredient
Pepper 1 unit
Tomato 2 units
Cucumber 1 unit(Don't know what it called, a vege looks like cucmber)
Onion 1 unit
Chicken
Vinegar
Black pepper, Salt
Italian spices, Garlic
Olive oil

1. Fried onion, garlic and chicken together.

2. Until the chicken turn ready, put tomato and pepper in it.

3. Put the cucumber and sprouts in it. (Actually the recipe of his doesn't include sprout, but I love sprout so much. Therefore, I added sprouts into it on my way> <.)

 4. Keep taking care of it until the color turn like this. Add black pepper, salt, Italian spices and Vinegar into it.

5. After 5 min, the dish will turn in this way and it's ready!!! :)

You can eat it with either rice, mushed potato or noodles. I love this kind of pasta so much!!! It's kind of home-made from AH O.o

Enjoy you meal in a wonderful night! :)

It tastes to GOOOOOOOOD!

Doritos is one of my favorite too!!!
I buy 3-4 units a week. That's why I get much bigger recently >.<

Thank you people from NL, Taiwan, USA, Indonesia visiting my blog.
I'm so happy that I got 400 hits just today!!! :)
  I will keep going!!!

By the way, I also want to put my traveling experiences online, but I have no idea if I should open another blog or just put them together. I have tried several times to check if blospot has folder function for categorizing my articles, but in vain. :(  Any suggestions? :)

I think it is great that u put your travels on the blog! although it is not very food-related. so maybe when you do a travel-post you can include a talk about the typical foods you ate there and maybe a recipe of a dish of the country you visited like Swiss cheese-fondue.. im sure we can make it at home with a little help from Sonja...!! =D
